Three little things to improve one's meetings

In Chris Dixon's recent post, he mentions the following three things that a successful VC will do regarding to a meeting.

• Showing up on time;
• Paying close attention;
• Don't bring phone/laptop into a meeting.

As little as these three things, I don't think most of people do it. If one can do all three things almost for every meeting, he already differentiates himself with 90 percent people.
